The Nexus

Parcel 1A is composed of two towers, a 42,000sqm office building at 105m tall, and a 45,000sqm mixed-use office and residential building at 150m tall. As the name implies, this Class A Development will be the center piece of a new business district on the Saigon river that exemplifies luxury and provides a contemporary icon for Ho Chi Minh City. The project is currently in the Design Development stage and is slated to begin construction in 2019.
