What to Expect

Phase 1

Working together (Clients as partners), integrated design, shared vision, mutual benefit. Collaboration drives change.

Phase 2

I strongly emphasize the importance of how a space makes you feel by controlling thermal comfort, indoor air quality, daylight and humidity. By focusing on user-centric designs I create healthy, comfortable, accessible spaces while minimizing their environmental impact.

What do I mean by comfort? I mean a space free from drafts, cold spots, overheating, and a fresh supply of clean, filtered fresh air.

Phase 3

Why Passive House? The Passive House design standards are some of the most rigorous for providing healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient buildings, across the globe. By utilizing Passive House design principles, we can reduce our building’s energy consumption by up to 90%. This allows us to minimize our carbon footprint, and increase resilience and durability by reducing a building’s dependence on the energy grid.
