Fulton West

The development for Fulton West consisted of converting an abandoned, half-built tech headquarters, parking structure, and parking lot into a 290,000 sqft spec office hub and landscaped public park to anchor the West end of Fulton Market. Speed to market was a critical factor in this development, which resulted in the utilization of the existing structure to help meet that goal. The project was completed in 2017 and certified LEED Gold.
